KUALA LUMPUR: Police suspect a short circuit to be the cause of the fire at the religious school in Jalan Datuk Keramat that killed at least 24 people. "At the moment our first suspicion is that it was a short circuit. City police chief Comm Datuk Amar Singh said there were 36 students and six teachers staying in the school. "Five are still in the hospital at the present moment," said Comm Amar Singh.
