Special Assistant to Prime Minister (SAPM) on Political Communication Shahbaz Gill has claimed that Opposition Leader in the National Assembly and PML-N President Shehbaz Sharif has sought a “deal” for four members of Sharif family including himself. Addressing the media in Faisalabad on Sunday, Gill said under the proposed deal a “pardon” had been sought for PML-N leaders — Shehbaz Sharif, Hamza Shehbaz, Maryam Nawaz and Nawaz Sharif. The PM’s aide said the PML-N leaders were anxious to flee the country. “But Prime Minister Imran Khan will not let them escape and they all will go to jail,” he added. Addressing a press conference, the minister cited some documents and claimed that PML-N President Shehbaz was “more corrupt” than his elder brother Nawaz.
