He was then set free by the kidnappers to arrange Rs 1.6 million ransom for the safe release of his brother. “I reached Ghaffar Kiyani Road to pay the said amount but again they demanded Rs 0.5 million more to release my brother,” he said. Taking action, the police registered the case and held Arshad Langra along with two of his accomplices after a successful raid. Meanwhile, CPO Sajid Kiani appreciated the efforts of the police team for netting the notorious gangster Arshad Langra and his accomplices.
