Addressing a Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) convention in Lahore, Nawaz again lashed out at the judiciary. Heaping praise on Punjab chief minister the deposed prime minister said that Shehbaz stood by him through all of his difficulties. Maryam Nawaz, daughter of deposed PM also spoke during the convention and said that while Nawaz lost his post, his promises have been fulfilled. ‘Dar misled Nawaz Sharif on economic issues’“Those who walk the right path have always faced difficulty, there is no room for doctrine in democracy,” she said.
