(File photo)A truck carrying about 500 sheep has crashed and flipped, knocking out power lines near Ashburton. Emergency services were called to the crash on Moorhouse Rd, near Cliffords Rd in Ruapuna, about 10.45am on Thursday. A police spokeswoman said the truck and trailer flipped with about 500 animals on board. The crash knocked out live power lines, which were lying across the vehicle.
