Both Shadman and Mrittunjoy, who got injured while playing, flew to Australia for surgery recently . Shadman was suffering with wrist injury while Mrittunjoy was suffering with shoulder injury. Both the players are now in home quarantine process as per the instruction from the government as Australia are also affected by the pandemic Covid-19 aka Coronavirus. Mrittunjoy was part of the Bangladesh under-19 squad which eventually won the under 19 World Cup at South Africa in February.
