The crash occurred on SH West between Pikowai Rd and Mimiha Rd. Four people have been injured in a crash on State Highway 2 West, Matata. The crash, between two vehicles, was reported about 3.30pm. One person is critically injured, two seriously injured and one is in a moderate condition, St John spokesperson Ngaire Jones said. The serious crash unit has been notified.
