MANILA, Philippines—A series of earthquakes rocked the municipality of General Luna in Surigao del Norte on Friday, the Philippine Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs) said. Phivolcs said a total 11 tremors struck the municipality, the strongest of which, at magnitude 5.5, was recorded at 1:26 p.m.ADVERTISEMENTThe quake had a depth of 11 kilometers.
