KUALA LUMPUR: The infamous “serial kicker”, so called because he has a habit of kicking people at the pedestrian bridge near Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM), was arrested again yesterday. The 34-year-old man was nabbed while alone at a bus station in Jalan Ipoh after a police report was lodged against him on Monday. (However), checks on his record showed the man had previous counts of criminal conduct involving criminal intimidation, vandalism and causing hurt,” he told reporters at the Cheras police headquarters today. The man had previously been arrested for the same offence. Police, said Mazlan, were investigating the case under Section 325 of the Penal Code for causing hurt.
