Share TweetBy Vanne Elaine TerrazolaThe Senate has adopted a resolution calling on the Commission on Elections (Comelec) to move the filing of the certificates of candidacy (COCs) for the 2019 elections from October 1-5 to October 11-17. The Upper Chamber on Monday afternoon adopted Senate Concurrent Resolution No. 13 which urges the Comelec for the rescheduling of the filing of COCs. Senate President Vicente Sotto III, who filed the Senate version of the measure, noted that Congress will adjourn it session on October 12.
