Asked about the selection criteria, O’Donnell explained: “Possibility, there are those things that we look at and that’s good possession, which is an integral part of the English game. But for now, we will have to take into consideration players positions and we also hope we will have an idea of the players that we want to get. Terry Boyle, a professional development phase coach at Hull City and Dean Windass, a Hull City legend, who scored 77 goals for the club, were in charge of the first week of training and the selection. O’Donnell added that working with national team coach Stanley Okumbi has been great experience. Among those fighting for positions in camp are the likes of Osborne Monday, Allan Mwanga and Sammy Ndungu.
