SHAH ALAM: Selangor police are going to hit robbers and thieves where it hurts by targeting second hand-goods stores. State police chief Comm Datuk Mazlan Mansor said these stores were the biggest buyers of the stolen goods from criminals. Comm Mazlan said that these stores are part of a vicious cycle that involves criminals who sell stolen goods to buy drugs. Next we will use the Prevention of Crime Act (Poca) on them," he warned.
