Designed by Ferris Rafauli, the Oakville-based designer behind Sher Club, Drake’s private club in Toronto’s Air Canada Centre, the proposed floor plans for Drake’s chateau, provided by the City of Toronto, are guaranteed to provide some seriously epic views. The only potential drawback to such a blueprint is that he’ll likely be needing a walkie talkie just to get a beverage. And what better place to do it than in Toronto’s luxe Bridle Path neighbourhood? As the ambassador to all things Toronto, and with a key to the city in hand, it’s about time Drake built himself a mansion worth housing all that glamour and glory (and that one Grammy) overlooking the city. The rapper recently purchased a two-acre property on 21 Park Lane Circle in the area, with plans to build a 21,000-square foot sprawling home for $6.7 million that will feature, among many, many luxuries, a basketball court, gym, bar, jersey museum and trophy room.
