ISLAMABAD: Former adviser to the prime minister on health Dr Zafar Mirza on Wednesday warned that the second coronavirus wave in Pakistan may be more lethal and called opposition rallies “highly irresponsible” in the wake of the pandemic. Pakistan has seen a surge in Covid-19 cases in the past few weeks as the second wave has gained momentum across the country. “COVID19 is surging & can be much more dangerous than the 1st wave which means more deaths of Pakistanis,” Dr Mirza said in a tweet. <371> COVID19 is surging & can be much more dangerous than the 1st wave which means more deaths of Pakistanis.
