Today three boats, a helicopter, and seven volunteer LandSAR teams have been searching from Manuka Island towards the Balclutha township for the man in his 60s. A police spokeswoman said while the main search has been suspended for the evening, a police dog team will continuing searching. They would also like to speak with anyone who walked the Blair Athol walkway between 4pm and 6pm yesterday.
