The search is underway to find the 2026 Roscommon Rose to go forward to represent the county in the International Rose of Tralee Festival. Whether you are from County Roscommon, work in the county, have origins/connections to the county or just would love to represent Roscommon, the Roscommon Rose Centre would like to hear from you. Rose of Tralee regional selections are currently taking place and the Roscommon Rose Centre has announced that this year’s selection will take place at the Abbey Hotel, Roscommon on Saturday, March 28th. Speaking to the Roscommon Herald, coordinator Yvonne Donohue said: “It’s great to be back this year to select our new Roscommon Rose and the excitement is starting to build for this year’s Roscommon Rose competition. The Roscommon Rose 2026 will take part in and enjoy the full Rose of Tralee experience and take to the stage on live TV in August.
