The suits were all filed anonymously by John Doe and Jane Doe plaintiffs in federal court in the Southern District of New York. Doe said he reported the alleged assault to Macy’s security, who, he alleges, did not investigate. Three weeks after the alleged assault, Doe claims Macy’s pressured executives to fire him because the retailer signed a multi-million deal with Sean John Clothing. “The effects of the drink were immediate and overwhelming,” the complaint states. Doe states he became disoriented and attempted to remove himself from the situation.
