Scott Brown has voiced his concern that Scotland’s crucial World Cup qualifier against Lithuania on Friday night is to be played on a plastic pitch. The stadium in Vilnius which awaits Gordon Strachan’s team has an artificial playing surface, leaving Brown and a number of Scotland players scarcely relishing the prospect.
