Actress Scarlett Johansson has officially filed for divorce after first announcing her split from husband Romain Dauriac last summer. Dauriac’s lawyer, Hal Mayerson, told the Associated Press that Dauriac was “shocked” by the filing, and views it as a “pre-emptive strike” in a potential custody battle. Furthermore, Mayerson said Dauriac has been the “primary parent” for Rose while Johansson worked on her career. Scarlett Johansson arrives with her husband Romain Dauriac at Milk Studios in Los Angeles on Feb. 20. “We never had any intention of filing papers, we did not want to make it a public spectacle,” Mayerson told USA Today.
