Earlier, Masud got six months bail from the High Court in the caseA court in Pirojpur sent war crimes convict Jamaat-e-Islami leader Delwar Hossain Sayeedi’s son, Masud Bin Sayeedi, to jail, rejecting his bail plea on Tuesday. Pirojpur Additional District and Sessions Judge Shamsul Haque issued the order when Masud appeared before the court and sought bail. Earlier, Masud got six months bail from the High Court in the case. According to the case statement, Masud was holding a meeting at a house in the Saeedkhali area of Indorkani upazila on December 25. Masud Sayeedi was elected chairman to Indorkani upazila in 2014.
