Scholastica is going to organize this drama festival for the second time where six of the capital's popular schools and colleges will participate in the festival on February 21 and 22. “Marking International Mother Language Day, this year, every play will be staged in Bangla,” he said. On the opening day of the festival, four plays will be staged and the rest will be staged on the second day. Participants from Scholastica Senior Section, Uttara branch, will stage “Kabar,” a symbolic play about the historic Language Movement of 1952, written by Munier Chowdhury. Students of International Hope School will present “Hridoye Bangldaesh,” Scholastica Senior Section, Mirpur, will present “Mukhosh (the Musk),” Notre Dame College will present “Surjodoy (Sunrise),” and Viqarunissa Noon School and College will present “Buddhubutom.”Students from HURDCO International School will also present their play at the festival.
