Saskatoon police charge two people, aged 18 and 13, with robbery


Police have arrested and charged an 18-year-old man and a 13-year-old youth in connection with a robbery, which took place at a downtown business in Saskatoon early on Saturday morning. Patrol officers stopped two suspects a short distance away from the store, while the cash register was found three blocks from the scene. Police charged the 18-year-old man with robbery and breach of recognizance, with the man also found to have several outstanding warrants. The youth was also charged with robbery.
