The Saskatoon Open Door Society has started a program for immigrant women looking to start their own businesses. Dubbed "Women's Business Hub," the program includes mentorship and instruction from industry experts. A commercial kitchen, sewing machines and other resources are also available to the women at reduced rates. She is starting a digital magazine through the hub to help other immigrant people get the essential information they need to settle in Canada. Before people apply for the Women's Business Hub, they should attend an information session, according to Open Door's website.
