From cult classics like Khichdi to the iconic Sarabhai vs Sarabhai, Majethia and Aatish Kapadia have upheld their legacy by extending their shows through films or new seasons on OTT platforms. Recently, JD Majethia, in a chat with Indianexpress.com, opened up on whether there are plans for a Season 3 of the very popular show, Sarabhai vs Sarabhai. Last year, a Sarabhai vs Sarabhai reunion, a photo of which was shared by Rupali Ganguly on her Instagram, left fans thrilled and wondering if a third season is on the cards. The video showed the stars dining together at a Mumbai eatery, including Maya Sarabhai (Ratna Pathak Shah), Rosesh Sarabhai (Rajesh Kumar), and Indravardhan Sarabhai (Satish Shah). Sumeet Raghavan, who played Monisha’s husband Sahil Sarabhai in the show, was not present.
