Imelda Marcos is the incumbent 2nd District Rep. of Ilocos Norte. During the rally, Imee introduced Sara Duterte as a “daughter” of Ilocos Norte because she married a man born and raised in the province, referring to lawyer Manases Carpio. Marcos asked the audience to support the HNP slate and she also talked about her accomplishments as leader of Ilocos Norte. Duterte endorsed the senatorial candidates in alphabetical order, although some of them failed to attend the event.
