MANILA, Philippines — San Juan City Hall will soon have a solar-powered pit stop with bike racks that will serve as a repair and waiting area for cyclists. In a Facebook livestream of the agreement signing on Friday, Allianz President Alexander Grenz said the company offered to help San Juan to support the advocacy of protecting cyclists in the city. Bike-share programAlso at the signing of the agrement, Zamora said the city would also implement a bike-share program for its employees. Previously, the city set up bike lanes in a portion of Ortigas Avenue.
