MANILA, Philippines — Government work in all offices of San Juan City has been canceled on Friday to give way to disinfection of public infrastructures to stop the spread of 2019 coronavirus disease or COVID-19. In a statement issued on Thursday, San Juan City Mayor Francis Zamora suspended work as sanitation of government offices will be done until the weekend. To lessen the risk of transmission of the COVID-19, classes in San Juan City including other Metro Manila cities were canceled from March 10 to March 14.
