A man wanted in the United States on a charge of drink-driving manslaughter has claimed he may be shot if he is returned to face trial. Samuel Joseph Tucker, 23, is wanted in Florida after a crash at 3.30am resulted in the death of his acquaintance Alyssa Kay Vice, 22. Mr Tucker had offered Ms Vice a lift in his new car, a 2017 Maserati Ghibli. The police said that he had been driving at 140mph before the crash on June 24, 2017, and that his blood alcohol level was twice the legal limit.
