CAIRO-14 November 2020: The Egyptian Ministry of Health Office in Gharbia disinfected Liverpool Egyptian winger, Mohamed Salah's house on Saturday in his hometown, Negrig, Gharbia. The Egyptian winger tested positive for COVID-19 and he will miss Egypt's match against Togo on Saturday night in the Africa Cup of Nations Qualifiers. The office directed its teams to disinfect the Egyptian winger's house and the houses of the people who contacted him in his brother's wedding ceremony. The Egyptian Football Association (EFA) issued a statement on Friday regarding the player’s case, noting that the player showed no symptoms of the disease. The EFA’s statement added that the rest of the players tested negative for COVID-19 and they are ready for the match against Togo in the 2021 Africa Cup of Nations Qualifiers.
