Contractors are urging the public to use common sense and stay out of work sites as the building of a new rock wall at Centennial Park gets underway. "Silly" members of the public are putting themselves in danger as work site barriers and warning signs are being ignored in Timaru's Centennial Park. Contractors are currently building a rock wall and upgrading a bridge in the area are pleading with the public to exercise common sense after a couple of near-misses.
