Sabah cops looking for Musa Aman - Nation

KOTA KINABALU: Sabah police are trying to find former chief minister Tan Sri Musa Aman to get his statement in their investigation into criminal intimidation against the head of state. Sabah Police Chief Datuk Ramli Din said they know that Musa is not in Kota Kinabalu at the moment. “We are still trying to get him,” he said, adding they have already recorded statements from nine people, including head of state Tun Juhar Mahiruddin. Also present were Sabah Chief Minister Datuk Seri Mohd Shafie Apdal and his deputy Datuk Seri Wilfred Madius Tangau. The alleged threat made by Musa against the Sabah Governor is being investigated for criminal intimidation under Section 506 of the Penal Code.
