PUTRAJAYA: A mechanism will be looked at to allow housewives to contribute to the Employees Provident Fund, said Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Dr Wan Azizah Wan Ismail (pic). Dr Wan Azizah said this was among the issues to be tackled by her since assuming the post. On laws on gender equality, Dr Wan Azizah said discussions are underway on how best to approach the issue. Earlier, Dr Wan Azizah was greeted by former minister Datuk Seri Rohani Abdul Karim as she arrived at 8.45am. Short prayers were held before Dr Wan Azizah clocked in duties at 9am.
