Following President Muhammadu Buhari’s administration to achieve the implementation of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), Nigerians have been called upon to join hands with government to make the country a better place for everyone. “The office of the SDGs has started implementation and coordination of Nigeria’s MDGs by mobilizing the private sector and the private sector advisory group. We welcome other private sectors to join us to ensure that we promote and coordinate the SDGs. SDG is about good, peace, prosperity and transforming our world to make it a better place,” she said. Other awardees include, Sahara energy as the best company in eradicating hunger while first bank won best company in infrastructure, among others.
