THE Singapore Institute of Architects (SIA) has organized Singapore Archifest 2020, a signature annual festival, which aims to bring together the construction and architecturecommunity from around the world. William Ti Jr. of WTA Architecture and Design Studio from the Philippines will be speaking on September 30 under the theme of Empathic Interventions. Ti’s topic will be on social architecture, which is a reflection of their ideas on social intimacy, freedom of movement and social scale. “Social architecture dictates a social scale that functions as a purpose-driven agenda to bring our communities closer together on top of whatever program or function a space has initially. Singapore Archifest 2020 is scheduled to run from September 25 to October 31.
