The Stock Exchange of Thailand's main index opened at 1,545.60 points, up 3.34 points from Monday's close. The MAI index opened up 2.13 points or 0.37% to stand at 580.01 points with total transaction value of 164 million baht. The SET50 index opened at 984.99 points, up 1.92 points or 0.20%, with a total trade value of 2.49 billion baht. The trade value was 3.38 billion baht with 576 million shares traded. Thai stocks opened up 0.22% at the start of trade this morning.
