(Photo: Reuters)The Stock Exchange of Thailand index plunged on Thursday in line with other bourses amid growing concerns over the global coronavirus pandemic. The SET dived 74.57 points, or 5.97%, to 1,175.32 shortly after the open in turnover of 9 billion baht. Airports of Thailand shares led the losses as it shed 5 baht, or 8.26%, to 55.50, while PTT Plc shares dropped 1.50 baht, or 5.13%, to 27.75. The plunge was in line with markets around the world which were in the red after the World Health Organization declared the coronavirus outbreak a pandemic.
