NewsThe Supreme Court has issued an interim injunction preventing elections being held for the Elpitiya Pradeshiya Sabha until a ruling was given over a petition filed by the Democratic United National Front (DUNF). A group of DUNF candidates had filed a petition in the Supreme Court over the rejection of their nomination list for the Elpitiya PS.
