Gary Neville has praised Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney for the approach they have taken to owning Wrexham, while once again criticising the owners of Manchester United. The Glazer family are currently considering two firm offers to transfer ownership of the Red Devils into new hands. And the lack of progress has frustrated former United captain Neville who just wants to see the matter resolved as quickly as possible. The former England right-back claim that “everyone’s bored now” and that the current owners “just don’t care” and won't listen to criticism. They have not embedded themselves in the local culture.” Neville's view of the Glazers is in stark contrast to the high regard in which he appears to hold Wrexham owners Reynolds and McElhenney.
