According to the group, the Directorate of the Ghana School of Law denied them admission to pursue further studies in the Post Call Law Course, through a reciprocity letter duly written by the registrar of the Ghana school of law who doubles as the board secretary of legal education in Ghana. The issue has also attracted criticism from the Rector of the Institute of Legal Practice and Development (ILPD) in Rwanda, Dr Didas Kayihura who has questioned the basis of, the Director of the Ghana School of Law, Erick Prempeh for downgrading Rwandan legal system although they are so far advanced, to say the least. "We, therefore, need justice because we cannot rely on a professional's agreement and take steps to be treated like this; we need justice. We need justice."
