It has emerged that the constitution of Kenya 2010 does not recognise the procedure that His Excellency the Head of State president William Ruto is trying to impose a housing fund to Kenyans. According to the experts, the role of providing cheap and affordable housing is the pure mandate of the county governments hence President William Ruto is violating the same constitution that he swore to defend.
