Rooppur nuclear power plantHe had been drinking for the last four days straightA Russian working in Rooppur nuclear power plant (RNPP) project has died reportedly after drinking excessive alcohol. The deceased, Sergei Smolnikov, 43, breathed his last while undergoing treatment at the CDM Hospital in Rajshahi around 6 pm Thursday. Those who came with Sergei to the hospital told the physician that Sergei had been drinking for the last four days straight. He did not eat any other food during the time, said Dr Twaki. The body was been sent to Rajshahi Medical College Hospital morgue, he added.
