Russian President Vladimir Putin has arrived in Vietnam to talk with the country’s Communist leaders after concluding a defence pact with North Korea. Putin’s aircraft touched down in Hanoi early on Thursday and Vietnam is the final stop on his two-nation tour of Asia.
