The ships will follow maneuvering and repelling aerial assaults, amongst different fight expertise, officers have confirmed. The drill takes place concurrently maneuvers by Russia’s Northern Fleet within the Barents Sea, in opposition to a backdrop of heightened tensions between Russia and NATO over the border with Ukraine. Moscow has been looking for written assurances that Kiev will probably be barred from becoming a member of the US-led bloc.
