San Diego State’s 2022 football team will feature new faces in half the spots on offense, defense and special teams. Roster reconstruction is virtually complete with spring practice (starting Feb. 28) five weeks away. SDSU’s 2022 spring roster currently includes 85 players. Class of 2022 freshman joining the team for the spring semester (3): QB Liu Aumavae and QB Kyle Crum, TE Logan Tanner. Defense (7): DE Keshawn Banks, DT Jonah Tavai, LB Caden McDonald, LB Michael Shawcroft, CB Dallas Branch, S Patrick McMorris, S CJ Baskerville.
