The Foreign Office said it is considering a request from Russia to see Yulia Skripal over the Salisbury poisoning incident. The Russian Embassy said yesterday said it 'insists' on the right to see Ms Skripal, 33, after it emerged she was improving rapidly. The Russian embassy also accused British authorities of 'another blatant provocation' after an Aeroflot flight was allegedly searched by Border Force officers at Heathrow. As the crisis notched up the Russian embassy in London said British officials had searched an Aeroflot jet that had landed at Heathrow from Moscow. The Russian embassy said it had complained to British counterparts and called for an explanation.
