Have we heard from World Rugby or the Six Nations. They have allowed a creeping culture of dissent to evolve at the top levels of the game. We would be fools not to expect another episode in Japan as the demands on referees becomes increasingly intolerable. In a Rugby World Cup qualifier the referee was harangued and physically attacked by several Spanish players after the match. It is long past the time for World Rugby to take remedial action.
