A typhoon could blow France's World Cup campaign off track on Wednesday. The French are scheduled to meet the United States in Fukuoka in a Pool C game, but the teams have been warned about the possibility a typhoon could effect the encounter. World Rugby said on Sunday it was monitoring Typhoon Mitag, which was developing off the south west coast of Japan.
