All Blacks fullback Ben Smith has been cleared of concussion symptoms. Smith was replaced in the first quarter of the first test against the Lions at Eden Park after failing his head injury assessment. That led to concerns that he had sufferred his third concussion this season, but All Blacks coach Steve Hansen has revealed that Smith instead has an inner ear issue which caused vertigo. Smith is back in training with the All Blacks, but had already been ruled out of the third and deciding Lions test. Advertisement- More to come
