Royal Mail has named the former British Airways boss Keith Williams as its new chairman, making him the third person to occupy the job at the letters and parcels delivery business in the past year. Mr Williams, 62, is deputy chairman of the FTSE 100 group but joined the board only in January 2018. Mr Owen, 69, became temporary chairman in September, replacing Peter Long, 66, who retired.
