Rotten Tomatoes announced on Monday that it will be making some big changes to its site in the coming months. First of all, Rotten Tomatoes is not a Borg-like entity that assigns a fresh/rotten score to a given movie. That would mean that the film would receive a "fresh" tomato and a Tomatometer score of 75%, which (incidentally) is exactly high enough to be "certified fresh" on the site. Whether you think Get Out was a generational masterpiece or just a solid horror flick, both designations qualify as "fresh" on Rotten Tomatoes. The site was originally supposed to be a place for users to read a bunch of reviews for a new release.
